Whole-body vibration

Whole-body vibration is the transfer of vibration of any frequency to the human body.

There are many health benefits to whole-body vibration; enhanced metabolism, increased bone density, reduction of the stress hormone cortisol, elevation of human growth hormone levels, and improved lymphatic flow.

As a personal trainer, I use whole body vibration to obtain weight loss, increase muscle mass and strength, improve sports performance and overall endurance, alleviate joint and muscle pain, and facilitate recovery after a workout. I use the Hypervibe brand machine for myself and my clients.
