Whole body vibration

Whole body vibration is the transfer of vibration of any frequency to the human body. There are many health benefits to whole body vibration; enhanced metabolism, increased bone density, reduction of stress hormone cortisol, elevation of human growth hormone levels, and improved lymphatic flow. As a personal trainer, I use whole body vibration to obtain weight loss, increase muscle mass and strength, increase sports performance and overall endurance, alleviate joint and muscle pain, and facilitate recovery after a workout.
